WHERE ARE YOUR MAILBOXES MANUFACTURED?
All of our mailboxes are manufactured in the USA. Florence mailboxes are manufactured in Kansas, Salsbury in California and Florida, Whitehall in Michigan, and Gaines in California.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DOES MAILBOX EMPORIUM ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover), PayPal, and check. If paying by check please refer to our ordering page for instructions.
DOES MAILBOX EMPORIUM CHARGE SALES TAX?
We are required to charge sales tax in NY, PA, OH, TN, NC, GA, FL, TX, WA, and CA. Sales tax is charged during checkout.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Many of our mailboxes ship out in just a few business days. Please check the individual product pages for actual shipping times. Once your order ships, transit time is typically 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
HOW ARE THE MAILBOXES SHIPPED?
The smaller residential mailboxes are usually shipped by FedEx. Larger commercial mailboxes (cluster boxes, 4C mailboxes, 4B mailboxes, etc) are shipped by freight carrier. Lift gate service is included with delivery and the freight company will call to set up a delivery appointment for each order. Once the mailboxes leave the factory, tracking information will be emailed to you.
DOES MAILBOX EMPORIUM OFFER FASTER SHIPPING?
Yes, we do offer expedited shipping on several of our products for an extra charge. Please call, chat, or email us for information.
DOES MAILBOX EMPORIUM SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we welcome international orders. Please contact us for a shipping quote!
WHERE CAN I FIND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS?
We have installation instructions for every product we offer. On some items a link for the instructions is located on the item page. If the item does not have a link please contact us and we would be happy to email or fax you the instructions.
DO YOU INSTALL?
Yes! We offer installation on any of our mailboxes (for an additional charge). Please contact us if you would like to add installation to your order. If you are checking out online you may add “installation needed” in the checkout notes and we will contact you.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?
Mailboxes are packed securely and palletized/shrink wrapped for larger orders, making damage a rare occurrence. Please inspect your mailbox order for any signs of damage once you take delivery. If there is any damage, please contact us within 7 days and we will schedule a pickup for the damaged unit and get a replacement sent out.
CAN I RETURN MY MAILBOX(ES)?
Any stock mailbox may be returned within 15 days of delivery. Depending on the brand, a restocking fee may apply. The buyer is responsible for paying to have the mailbox(es) shipped back unless damaged or defective. If you do need to return a unit, please call us at 888-352-9194 or email us at email@example.com. Once we receive your information a RGA (return goods authorization form) will be emailed to you. Mailboxes must be in new condition and returned in the original box. Please note that custom orders, orders with engraving, and 4C mailboxes cannot be returned unless damaged during shipping or defective.
