At Mailbox Emporium, we understand that occasional problems may arise with a customer’s order. If you need to return a product please email us at We will issue an RGA (Return Good Authorization).


Please note: Returned goods will not be accepted without an RGA (returned goods authorization) number from us. Orders must be shipped freight prepaid and a 25% restocking fee may apply. Products must be returned in their original shipping cartons within fifteen (15) days of receipt. Custom orders and orders with options cannot be returned.


If for any reason the product arrives damaged we of course will issue and RGA for that item and send you a new product – no extra cost to you.
