What is the cost of shipping?
Mailbox Emporium offers free shipping on ALL of our products ANYWHERE in the contiguous United States. A surcharge will be added for Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. When placing your order online and we will contact you with shipping cost after your order is placed. Please contact us for shipping costs outside the U.S.


How long does it take for my order to ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days. Please check the product page for shipping times. Custom orders take an additional two (2) weeks to ship.


What shipping service does Mailbox Emporium use?
We deliver by UPS for orders less than 50 lbs. all other orders are shipped FedEx Freight or common carrier. Delivery is approximately 2-4 business days depending on your location. When delivering by freight you will receive a phone call to the number you provide when checking out to schedule a delivery time. An additional charge may apply if lift gate or any special service is needed upon delivery.


Where does my order ship from?
All of our products are shipped brand new – direct from the factory. We ship from California, Ohio, Kansas and MI – dependent on product ordered.


How can I track my order?
Tracking information is always available here or you may view it under the “Tracking” link on top of our page. Please note: It may take up to 24 hours for tracking to be available.
